too bad Mongola would never accept the granting of such technology to the papal states , our inclinations to accept this proliferation do not extend to that technology being granted to us, although of course as I previously mentioned we would accept such a thing as a peace offering.

Also for ease of reference these are the states currently considered in a state of hostility against the Papal States. Its quite surprising we havent engaged in any actions against them on our part, I suppose benevolent concern for the wellbeing of their people comes above various forms of diplomatic retribution (although in Korea's case it would merely be a token gesture).
