And Russia has still yet to even attempt to fabricate a casus belli. This is hilarious.

"Simply putting Poland out of its misery was - the state was crippled and broken beyond repair. The survivors, few they are, will live much better lives under a united Russia."
Da, we have. The Russian Empire saw an opportunity to demonstrate its rise to the ranks of the major powers, and took it, comrade. The Polish people, furthermore, were unable to secure their future as an independent nation-state. Their well-being being more important than their sovereignity(or not, given the state recruited them all into the military, where they were sure to die against mighty mother Russia's arms), we made the appropriate decision. We have also secured the Russian nation's ability to claim much of the wastelands. Partition to be discussed with our allies in the Papacy and Italy, who we assume will be acting through their allies Helvetia and Hungary.
Furthermore, Russia has never been a state to try and veil its intentions. We pursue our national interests, same as other nation, and do not hide this fact. All people Russian and Polish benefited from this forceful union. This will be shown as Russia avoids the burdens of empire taken on by its Italian allies and focuses on building up the quality of life its citizen enjoy. After all, we want to be fully developed by the time we begin to seize control of destroyed Eastern Europe.
Finland:
Seriously! Do we really want a power like this overseeing the global order?!
Russia:
Finland, you shut up before we invade you. Your lack of a WMD arsenal is legend.
Finland:
And we'd send you packing Winter War II style, "Comrade." Come at us, bro.
Russia:
Ah, you see, Stalin was an idiot and believed going to war after killing your higher ups was good idea. But, ahem, our military tradition is very rich and very proud. While you spend your money building hospitals, we spend ours making our soldiers invincible.
Finland:
...
Umm. Well. Powergamer?
Russia:
Is it powergaming if it's true?
