There are multiple skins that can be set; I have two designated thus far. The Default and "Rome" one. As for font - ctrl+scroll on the mouse.

In Regards to China's Proposal to Enter into the IRA

The Papal States would only consider, in light of solidarity with our Italian Allies and in light of international concerns at the current chinese government, chinese admittance if the following conditions are met.

~ That any aggressive act of war on the part of China (this being in consideration of certain precedents) on any state without the express approval of all members of the IRA will result in automatic expulsion from the defensive alliance.

~ China upholds all agreements that are ordinarily part of the IRA co-prosperity system, ergo China agrees to refrain from ordering any operations in other member states vassals after the ratification of the treaty, defensive pact with all parties obviously, NAP (under threat of total oblivion if you betray the IRA) and so on.

If China can satisfy the above conditions, then there is a possibility the Papal States can accept your admittance. For the first condition ensures that China and Italy do not impede on eachothers spheres of influence, the second voids our protection if China insists on acting with wanton aggression, allowing for appropriate counters to such actions should they occur, and hopefully ensuring that China finds it in its interests to stay peaceful. The third of course is standard agreements.
