While the 501st Civil War has drawn to a close, it has been heralded by far more ominous events overseas. The Kongo has broken in two as the result of Templar interference, while in Europe, Russia has killed millions in the course of only a few hours as Soviet armies closed in.
Elsewhere, GUNS launched a surprise attack on Chile, rapidly annexing the country and its wealth and resources. As such, it now is the global economic power, with 18.4% of the world's economy and 5.5% of the population under its wings. It is said GUNS has become a worthwhile successor to the British and American legacies of economic and military dominance.
As the lands from Poland's suicide bombing begin to clear up, will another bloody conflict erupt, or will humanity finally decide enough is enough and pursue peace? Will the GUNS regime be reasoned with for the sake of justice and peace, or will it plunge the world into its deadliest war ever seen?
Time will tell.
As this is the last update, folks, all the other little bits have been skipped. It has been a privilege serving as your GM for these last fifteen turns and two-three months. May MP2 build upon the best and trim the worst of this.

Curious if your allies were loyal or were playing both sides? Just a few snippets from across the game:
-Turns I-IV-
To stave off the collapse of the Xinjiang Regime, Oz was investing 10% of its income each turn into Xinjiang, building more agents for it and increasing their espionage tech.
Oz stole that huge sum of money from India, but this was before their alliance.
-Turn V-
Logically nearly all Comintern League members were stealing plans or inciting revolts in Xinjiang. And funding the Lancers.
Angola was logically sending groups of one agent to stage coups.
Crusaders were habitually stealing tech from Oz.
India was regularly inciting revolts in China even once allied.
Oz launched that massive theft, and faked a theft against itself. NPC abuse, or players simply neglecting their defenses? You decide.

Korea attempted to steal from the DR despite being bankrupt, thus leaving itself almost entirely vulnerable to spy spam
Oz, now under mayor's stewardship, continued to rain havoc, staging coups and thefts against the League and doing all in its power to weaken its clients.
India tricked China into invading DR by promising not to intervene. DR was warned beforehand but did not amass defenses. India had plans to become the hyperpower by destroying China and claiming its vast resources.

Hawai'i armed the Lancers with their nukes.
The nations of the world - the League particularly - conspired to hit China's agents, so as to weaken them for the Lancers' bombings.
Italy bankrupted the Congo so as to hurt the League.
-Turn VIII-
Italy launched the attempt to bankrupt the Crusaders.
Venezuela attempted to bankrupt the French.
-Turn IX-
Italy send a huge swarm of spies against Angola and the Crusaders.
Turn XI
Italy dismantled the Papal empire in Italy and also bankrupted Sicily in an attempt to weaken the Pope.
The 501st shut down the Comintern SDI.
Turn XII/XIII/XIV
Italy targeted Holland to ruin the PUB economy
XV
Venice targeted the Papacy and China.
Coruscant targeted China.
Chile targeted the Papacy's SDI.
Coruscant was the main backer of the Templars, sending them large amounts of money and also allowing them to set up ALL their bases in their territory, safe from searches.
