Just read the full text of the decision. Man, they blasted Trump's gang. On one point in particular they flatly said 'the States claim this is unconstitutional, and the government did not argue that it was not.' When your case comes down to "well, yeah, it is illegal but we really want to do it so let's talk about something else" you aren't going to win.

I assume this is how he runs his businesses and usually gets away with it.
 
Trump's revised travel ban just barred by a Hawaiian district court judge.

Does anyone have a link to the judge's ruling? I'd love to read his reasoning.
 
The 4th Circuit Court of Appeal [Mid-Atlantic] has upheld the barring of Trump's second travel ban.

The media is talking about an appeal to the Supreme Court, but an appeal comes when there is a split of opinion between circuits. There is no such split. If the Supreme Court wishes, it can choose to hear the case on a Writ But this year's session is just about to end.
