I changed the church a bit, and i think it looks better and more detailed now:

Maybe you could add a bit more color in the stained-glass windows, either by making them more colorful or making them bigger or both.

The Tower of London looks good.

Perhaps for an Industrial Britain set, we could use some of the same houses as the Medieval set, and only add industry at Metropolis. Town landmark could be an ordinary church, the city landmark could be probably a town hall, and the City landmark could be the Big Ben clock tower.
