It's only 10 nukes which will be certainly fired ( by the barbarians), and Radio is probably wise enough to keep out of wars. We can always remove the fallout and boost the cities which got hit later on.

Oh come on! The past 3 edits I've done have been effectively eliminated by people who edited after me! Next time, I'm editing last (In other words, posting the save one minute before Radio Noer plays )
