it can't be a polyalphabetic cipher because the "aye hhuye" is repeated also in the title. I suppose it is possible for it to be the Vigenere Cipher (le chiffre indechiffrable) but I doubt that. there are however no two letter words where the words are the same, aa isn't one, ee isn't, but there is a 'hh so it could be 'll a common thing in some contractions.
