The Spiral Tower: Or Another Action Chatroom

General Kevin Haulsee:

Origins: Natural
Class: Scrapper
Primary: Fast Sword
Secondary: Willpower
Anc: Body Mastery

Sonereal. Where the bleeding bejesus are PISTOLS on your list? That's Haulsee's signature weapon in my books and I've had to make due with his secondary preference in the absence thereof!

(This character may be changed at any moment if Son gives me pistols)

Hmm.

I could allow Pistols as a primary for the Blaster/Corrupter classes.

Dr. Bludgetsten Von Badguy

Origin: Science
Class: Defender
Primary: Force Field
Secondary: Radiation Blast
Anc. Electrical Mastery
Signature move: Do I have to do everything myself!?!?!?(opens up with guns on his wheelchair)
Patron Power:??

Dr. Von Badguy was a rather impressive EVIL scientist in his home world, If I do say so myself. No one could match his intellect, not even the accursed Mr. Steele. Unfortunately, thanks to an injury received from Mr. Dragon Ascendant, his former second in command, Dr. Bludgetsten is limited to a wheelchair for mobility. After the thirteenth lair he lost to that idiotic agent of justice, Dr. Badguy noticed weird things starting to happen, and calculated using his extreme intellect that there was something trying to destroy the universe. And that simply isn't going to fly. If anyone's destroying the universe, it's Dr. Badguy!

Name: Phoenix
Origin: Mutant
Class: Tanker
Primary: Invulnerability
Secondary: Fiery Melee
Ancillary: Pyro Mastery
Signature Move: Phoenix Screech

Land, can't use your signature move because it's a generic move in one of the skilltrees.

Oh. So, just change it to Phoenix Screech then. I have no idea what that is, but I'll go with it. :p

I don't know how I got hear. One moment I was training with Vegeta and Pikkon in other world, and the next thing, poof! Suddenly I'm here. I may as well transform into Super Saiyan if were going to fight. *charges up* It's now working. How? How can I not transform??? Something here must be causing this. Let's see if I can launch an energy wave. *launches Kamehameha* That's funny. I can seem to fire my Kamehameha wave with out any trouble. I'd better ask King Kai about this.

Goku: Hey! King Kai! Can you hear me??? It's Goku.

King Kai [In Other World, on the Grand Kai's planet]: What's up Goku?

Goku: Well King Kai, I want to know why I can't transform, and what my current max power level is.

King Kai: Well, I would say only 30,000- 40,000. Apparently, when you got transported here, your base power went down a lot (from it's 430,000,000), and that's why you can't transform.

Vegeta: Wow. So much for the greatest in the universe.

Goku: When I get done with this we'll fight again Vegeta.

Then Goku being really tired, fell asleep.

Btw, I put the dialogue in the way that I did was because I made it easier for me to write the story.

Alright, I've added a bio to my character.

Bio: Lord Robert van Skittles is an 19th century nobleman, of the age of 42, who happened to live in England. He is an eccentric fellow, who follows a quasi-code of chivalry. It is not known if he is actually English, however, as he just randomly showed up outside of a deli in Southampton on the cold day of December 14, 1846. No one knows where he came from; some believe England, others America, a few point to Bavaria, and one rather eccentric (drunk) dock worker even claims that van Skittles is a Greco-Danish hit-man. What is even more mysterious is his amazing swordsmanship and seemingly superhuman reflexes, the likes of which the European world has never seen. Still, these skills have proven very useful, as evidence in his participation in the defeat of Swedish Imperial forces during the crucial Battle of Bombay in the Second Anglo-Swedish War in 1852. This earned him a knighthood and minor lordship, as well as permanent employment to the British Crown.

On April 23, 1865, while out hunting in the fields near his estate outside Oxford, the ground beneath van Skittles suddenly opened up, and before he could react, he was flung from his world and deposited... somewhere. The mysterious man is in a mysterious land, and he needs to figure out how to get home.

Robert van Skittles happens to come from an alternate version of Earth that I am making up on the fly, so don't be surprised if he refers to a random event with little or no precedent, like the Portuguese invasion of Burma in 1789.

Updated second post with new skills of players who leveled up. Added signature moves for Iron Man and Goku (flying) and a few other things I probably forgot.

Everyone almost died? They don't look that weak to me. It seems like they're all super-powerful.

Until they ran up against a State-Alchemist, a guy whose power depends on concentration, a woman who can cut bullets in mid-air, and a guy who can see the RNG. Doesn't help that one of them try to solo a village of 70 people.

And the fourth wall was shattered!

I suggest last night's players post a summary of what happened....maybe in-character. :)

Meanwhile, start thinking. Do you guys want to head back to the village that violently chased out Von Badguy or turn north and start heading for the Spiral Tower again?
