Wow...my back-up character has a...thought provoking backstory. At what point does a machine become a person? Or is it always a machine, a specimen? A liability that can be disposed of? Can a machine love? And if a machine can love, would it be wrong to hurt a machine that loves you very much?

Or am I just sleepy and getting into the mind of my character too much? I'm going to go with that. Anyway, I'll be there.
