The Test of Time 1003

Theres an issue with the Starting Settler, seems there is hardcoded logic tying the default settler and only cities built with the default settler to Defeats. You can fix this by goign to the HS_UpdateUnits.sql and adding -- to UPDATE MajorStartingUnits SET Unit ='UNIT_STARTING_SETTLER' WHERE Unit ='UNIT_SETTLER'; so it looks like:

--UPDATE MajorStartingUnits SET Unit ='UNIT_STARTING_SETTLER' WHERE Unit ='UNIT_SETTLER';
 
I just can't get this mod work anymore.... :/// Can u make a new base folder... if that helps?

So am I blind or just a stupid M****rF****r that I need to ask u this.... is this beta version downloadable? and what is OP? Cause I don't know this, I can find that link xDD
 
I think there might be a problem with national wonders projects. When I build Iron Works or National Library nothing happens, after couple of turns (depends on the build time) production option of that wonder disappear, there is no structure in building/district window but I can chose to build it in another city where it happens exactly the same. Also Shrine of the Saint has problem but different one, when I chose to build it, nothing happens, if I order a production queue its on it, but when previous building is build Shrine disappear from production. Mods I'm using: AI+, Production Queue, Smoother Difficulty, Sink Those Transports, forgot about the Restart Button, started from Medieval era.

Hi, thanks for the mod and all the best in 2017... I have a question regarding the Venetian Arsenal: I built it alright but do not get 2 copies of the produces / bought naval unit. Does anyone experience the same problem? No other mods, clean instal, latest mod version 1003...

Just to confirm, in Wondrous Wonders (integrated into this mod), the Venetian Arsenal was changed so it only duplicates ships produced in the city with the Arsenal (it receives other bonuses to compensate). On my end it works with Wondrous Wonders, so I'm just clarifying to make sure that there is an issue. Note that Venetian Arsenal does only duplicate ships you produce, not ones you purchase.

OK, thanks for the explanation, it must be it... did not have time to try to produce naval unit in that city, but purchasing unit defintiely does not work.. but I guess that is alright as you wrote it dulicates only units PRODUCED in that city...
 
I installed your mod, my language is set to english and some of policies and unit descriptions are in deutsch. How to fix it?

I don't know if it already patched in the beta version but there is a bug with a great merchant (Adam Smith). I can't activate his effect. I play with rome and don't have a Financial Square, only Merchant Quarters.

That was me having a play around. I was having issues with National Wonders been built more than the alotted amount (Yours and mine). I finaly tracked it down to Production Queue mod.
This was on my to-do list for problems to solve. Thanks for finding this!

Slug speed is equal to Vanilla Quick. Mostly the pace come from the Tech/Civic cost, which I have increased by about 5x. Then there is an Exponent applied per Tier. You can find this in ToT_Rules.sql.
