Theres an issue with the Starting Settler, seems there is hardcoded logic tying the default settler and only cities built with the default settler to Defeats. You can fix this by goign to the HS_UpdateUnits.sql and adding -- to UPDATE MajorStartingUnits SET Unit ='UNIT_STARTING_SETTLER' WHERE Unit ='UNIT_SETTLER'; so it looks like:
--UPDATE MajorStartingUnits SET Unit ='UNIT_STARTING_SETTLER' WHERE Unit ='UNIT_SETTLER';

Hi, thanks for the mod and all the best in 2017... I have a question regarding the Venetian Arsenal: I built it alright but do not get 2 copies of the produces / bought naval unit. Does anyone experience the same problem? No other mods, clean instal, latest mod version 1003...
OK, thanks for the explanation, it must be it... did not have time to try to produce naval unit in that city, but purchasing unit defintiely does not work.. but I guess that is alright as you wrote it dulicates only units PRODUCED in that city...Just to confirm, in Wondrous Wonders (integrated into this mod), the Venetian Arsenal was changed so it only duplicates ships produced in the city with the Arsenal (it receives other bonuses to compensate). On my end it works with Wondrous Wonders, so I'm just clarifying to make sure that there is an issue. Note that Venetian Arsenal does only duplicate ships you produce, not ones you purchase.
I installed your mod, my language is set to english and some of policies and unit descriptions are in deutsch. How to fix it?

Slug speed is equal to Vanilla Quick. Mostly the pace come from the Tech/Civic cost, which I have increased by about 5x. Then there is an Exponent applied per Tier. You can find this in ToT_Rules.sql.Hello Horem
