Dont know, I play with 12 civs and after 200 turns its about 15 secs for me. Maybe your PC can't handle the test of time :D

BS 4ghz cpu, EVGA gtx 980 ti, 16gb ddr3 ram it can MORE than handle it newb!

well something is slowing it down in this mod. vanilla or rise of mankind mod i don't have this lag.

Just started a game with the latest version of the mod. Really enjoying it so far! Playing on immortal at the 2nd speed (tortoise) and need a proper balanced army to take cities even in early eras.

AI is not perfect of course but much better in combat than vanilla. Not all the AIs expand equally well early on though. I've out expanded them all, but probably because I was in a corner of my land mass and was able to block a choke point early. But quite late in Norway still only has his capital. Kongo expanded well but China was slow. Rome seems slow as well but I'm only guessing this from the diplomatic screen.

Love the rebalanced tech tree so far. Feels slightly old school in some respects but a million times better than vanilla. Feels like I'm actually making choices that have consequences. I'm not feeling the 'pressure' that I felt in some games of civ 5 though in terms of needing to keep up. But I like the way this game is playing. FEELS like CIV should feel like IMO. The decision to not allow new settlers till size 4 is interesting, I think it makes it a lot easier for the human player to stay in touch. But my biggest complaint about vanilla civ is that early game can only be played militaristically at higher difficulties. Don't get me wrong, you still might need some military play to win early not but not at the very start like in vanilla civ ( 5 & 6 ). I loved being able to just build a few cities and my empire up at the start in this.

Overall huge thumgs up. Thanks for the awesome mod!

where is a problem.. I was Killed by china in few turns... But I did'n lose the game? I was like a ghost and just continue the game without doing nothing but to watch... ?

yea.. a few
- dale's religious units border control
- faster building and unit production
- unit report screen
- slower tech by era
- builder mod
- YnAMP - Yet (not) Another maps pack.

But this issue came with new patch... I updated the game and ToT.. Then All civs just hang over the like ghosts when they or I died.. I can speak with all and so do they..
I deleted the game and all mods. --> triyng to install all again so if that help.

Try a vanilla game see if the issue persits? Could be a bug introduced with last patch. I have not changed anything regarding Diplomacy. Will look into it though as this is a pretty big issue.

I am trying this mod out
but my problem is that the AI initial Settlers (due to Deity Diff) are simply sitting in their Starting City and not moving AT ALL

at first I thought it was because of mix of mods
but I have tried with this mod only
and still same, they are not moving

at least not in the first 10 turns

Theres an issue with the Starting Settler, seems there is hardcoded logic tying the default settler and only cities built with the default settler to Defeats. You can fix this by goign to the HS_UpdateUnits.sql and adding -- to UPDATE MajorStartingUnits SET Unit ='UNIT_STARTING_SETTLER' WHERE Unit ='UNIT_SETTLER'; so it looks like:

--UPDATE MajorStartingUnits SET Unit ='UNIT_STARTING_SETTLER' WHERE Unit ='UNIT_SETTLER';

in update 1003 came for this -The mod is now completely stand alone, no longer need to replace base game assets.-

So could this be my problem? I haven't replace any assests now... but this dyingless civs makes me crazy?! xDD they rly pissing me off! xD
