1) If Zarn is correct and all have approved the plan, then the entire Vanirian force (except for a small brigade-sized infantry unit) will be withdrawn.
2) I will leave the ruling on Sir John and Noldodan up to everyone else. If it is ruled as an attack, and my allies in Cupertania and the Council choose to respond, then the whole of Vanirian force (2 mounted infantry and 1 armored division, plus aircraft) will be used against the agressor.

The forces of Süd-Besitz will remain, as will those of Eis Mauer (unless the Count recalls them). The troopers, artillery and fleet of Süd-Besitz are there to protect the island from foreign attack, especially the treacherous Chinese dynasty. The provisioning points set up and run by Eis Mauer are for the benefit of all colonists and are there to help all equally to ensure their success by supplying foodstuffs and critical supplies.

I cant see how anybody sees me as a threat when the only "military" I hvae is a soccer team.. hehe... I have never threathend anyone and I apologize if anyone saw it that way. What I meant with the people might making a rebellion, was that they are beginning to get a little tired of all the arguing... As far as I see it, there doesnt seem to be much tensions between the different factions here so I dont see why it snescerry to keep more forces then needed for defence... I agree with boarders suggested by Zarn The Jedi Master

Sir John, I suggest that you make sure that your men don't revolt. I am willing to withdraw my troops as per what was outlined to Strider, but a revolt would be seen as an act of war if other factions were hurt, and while that threat remains, my troops must also.

Why do so much oppose this war? It was he who attacked me, not me to him. I am only reclaiming what is rightfully mine (Quote FA Advisor: "Yea, thats the ticket!"). Still, why so Anti-War?

On behalf of Vanir and Cupertania I hereby announce that our armies will be undertaking a joint training excercise in the Cupertanian area of the island. This is in no way a military action against any faction on the island. We will be using dummy ammunition that will only register a hit on the computer sensors our units are equiped with. Large numbers of tanks, IFVs, artillery pieces, soldiers, and aircraft will be in the area, but DO NOT be alarmed. That is all.

Yes, we will be undergoing war games to train our infantry into new Mechanicaliezed Infantry. Its a training game. And Sir John- 22 hours left. Just return the tiles.

Day 1- SaaM the Sensible Airfield & Proving Grounds- Weapons Training
The Cupertanian and Vanirian forces are assembled at the Proving Ground. They stand in formation, awaiting the arrival of the Vanirian generals who will be training them in their new weapons and tactics. The generals arrive, and begin to address the troops. After a short speech, a group of NCOs divides the assembled warriors into units and takes them to train them. The training is more drastic for the Cupertanian forces, who must learn not only how to serve as Mechanized Infantry, but who also must be acquainted with all the basic infantry weapons that have long been in use within the Vanirian military. The Cupertanians are trained in the use of assault rifles, machine guns, pistols, rocket-propelled grenades, hand grenades, land mines, and other infantry weapons. The Vanirians also receive refresher courses in these weapons. Both armies are trained in the use of a number of vehicles. These include light and heavy tanks, jeeps, trucks, half-tracks, and the new Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV.) The IFV is a medium-armored vehicle, wheeled instead of tracked, that can carry 8 heavy infantrymen and their supplies, and also provides superior firepower with a 20mm chain gun and a rocket launcher. The soldiers learn to drive, operate the vehicle's weapons, and ride the vehicle. They also learn how to attack out of the vehicle into a hostile battlefield environment. At the same time, back on SaaM the Sensible Airfield, Cupertanian and Vanirian pilots are learning to fly combat aircraft. The Vanirians receive refresher courses in flying the traditional bombers, and learn to fly the new jet fighters, while the Cupertanian's learn all the aircraft for the first time. When the day is over, all sides are fully trained in all the weapons of modern warfare. The troops return to their barracks for the night.

Chapter Two: Dealing with riots, civil disobedience, tomatoes
The next day, the troops learned the final touches of the new ways of combat before the war games began. Sure, they were now well versed in traditonal combat, but what about untraditional? The Dada uprising was over, but Sir SaaM the Reedy was still alive. Heading to the Penguin School of Preforming Arts, Reedy brought the Cupertanian troops and the Elite Sierra Divison of the Vaniran Army, the same one that tried to kill him with (c)rap, to learn the art of unconventional warfare. This was only to be used in cases of civil disorder, mass riots, and any other odd circumstances they may encounter.
Reedy: Ready, Improper Emborchoure, BLOW!!
Soon, the troops could stun people with horrible renditons of songs, odd works of art. They could throw tomatoes with accuracy and engage in pie fights. They were ready for anything that came up to them.

Sir John and Sir Saam are both Utopian squires... Thus Utopia has only one ruling in this decision. We will support the defender in any battles... If Saam takes the offensive we will defend Sir John... If the war continues and Sir John starts winning we will defend Sir Saam...

Decleration by Sir John: I have No intends of going to war, so what ever. But If any of my soil is inhabited by hostile (I do not talk about peacekeeping forces) forces, I will see that as an attack and I will draft a large panzer army to retaliate any such attack. I urge all provinces on Tiburòn Island to remain calm and not loose thir temper.. Since the "war" on Tiburòn island is in the medias searchlight, it would hurt anyones reputation if they were to be an agressor.
BTW: @stuck: how can you say I attacked the utopian house? Im a squire there... You can not say that attacked anyone else either.. When I entered the island, I wrote that I fought of some elves, not you.. (No offence to the glorious elves)

OOC: This almost sounds like the End Game Civil War. Right Strider, I bet you remembered them 
Due to recent suggestions by uninvolved parties, I have decided not to take action against Sir John, as no Elves were killed, suffering only minor injuries. However, my Eagle troops are ready to take action against Sir John at the slightest provocation.
