I truly believe that 100% of these circles are human originated.
The thing I find hard to believe about "space aliens" is that these "beings" are subject to the same laws of physics in the universe that we are subject to. And the more science learns about these laws, the greater our understanding of how impossible it would be to overcome them. Its not like the laws of physics change if you go 100 light years away from Earth. Its the dynamics of our universe, these basic principles, and, the more we learn, the more we realize that the high improbability of visits from other life forms is darn near impossible. (I'm not say that life doesn't / can't exist somewhere else in the universe, just pointing out that it is unlikely that it would be so far advanced as our imaginations have led us to believe.)
People are going to believe what they want to believe. Heck, it wasnt' that long ago that a common perception was that the Earth was flat and you could "fall off" if you went too far!! Crazy.
