Germany would like to stress the importance of the fact that France is the business of the Germans, Spanish, and thanks to their generosity, the Irish. The nation of Dar-al-Islam has no right nor authority to impose their rule in this land.

Or if it is to be taken as truthful that they have no intention of doing so, Germany would like to ask: who do they expect to "call upon?" French Muslims are a minority, and in general France is a wasteland. Unless Dar-al-Islam directly interferes, then the nation cannot possibly be formed at this time.

However, if Dar-al-Islam does intend to interfere, then they will be indeed meddling in the affairs of a nation which the Muslim people have no claim whatsoever over. Germany was right before; West Africa managed itself. Cannot West Europe, home to three dedicated powers, do the same?

Let the business be geographic.

Scandinavia believes that Dar-al-Islam should stay out of nations where it has no claim whatsoever, and if they do not, then such an issue will be decided in the Council of Nations. France and the French People have had a turbulent decade, culminating with the collapse of the nation. Any nation that does not beloing there should stay out, and let those nations who have been there and are helping to rebuild France do just that.
We also congratulate the German, SPanish and Irish Peoples for their excellent and continuing hard work to bring some sort of semblance to France and the people that remain. If you need any help, then do not hesitate to ask, as we will be more than happy to send aid to those in need if the current administration of France deems it neccessary.

The Soviets have moved into regions under Qing control, and intend to restore them to their rightful owners once the Qing are forced into Peking and a land connection made between the different revolutionary forces in China. The Treaty of Vladiostock is no longer recognized by either Nippon or the USSR, with Dar-al-Islam failing to uphold its end of the treaty, and thus forfeiting the right to use it as a casus belli.

Recently I have been accused of attempting to extend my control over France. It would seem the nations of the world thing I am just going to land my troops in France and claim it as part of Dar-al-Islam. If you go through and re-read my communications though, I hope, you will find that I have asked for Muslims needing a fresh start and who are ready to work hard, to attempt a move to France. I have not said I am claiming France for my own, I am asking world wide Muslims to help with the rebuilding of a nation.

By now you likely see the definite problems in encouraging a Muslim government in France. Europe will not stand for it. Your actions have been denounced by Eire, Spain, Germany, Scandinavia, and Italy.

The impracticality of your call-to-arms is also appalling. There are still people living in France, even if it is a wasteland. How can you call Muslims to this deserted land to build a new nation in Western Europe? You have Arabia. Use it.
