[R&F] There needs to be a difficulty level between King & Emperor

Anyone know how to mod emperor difficulty to remove the extra settler in R&F?

This line will do it:

DELETE FROM MajorStartingUnits WHERE Unit='UNIT_SETTLER' AND Era='ERA_ANCIENT' AND AiOnly=1 AND MinDifficulty='DIFFICULTY_EMPEROR' ;

I am not a micro-player at all and I do OK on Emperor -- the key is to be aggressive early, EITHER by taking over the cities they create with their extra settler, or pumping out settlers aggressively yourself. Once I do that I don't have a difficult problem staying ahead, at least on my original continent. I might have some difficulty catching up to a civ on the other side of the world though.
