This was never my point. I did not write that the Moderators have an easy job... nor did I say they were doing a bad job... its a thankless position and I am aware of that... however my concern is valid and I do believe the forums are getting to strict and rigid... especially my favorite - the General Discussions forum...

Isn't there a specific forum for multiplayer matches somewhere on here? If so, then maybe you should have posted in that, Tet.

Being a mod is tough.

I sometimes don't get how a person can be impartial when they are really annoyed by them. For example, I got (asked) for a moderator's password at a near-dead forum. It was to cut down on a repeat banner. Ninth account or something, and fifth email address.

I deleted all his posts (because he would edit them back in) locked his topics and even deleted one. Then afterwards, I wondered whether I did the right thing and if I was too harsh on him.

The secret is not to get annoyed. However, even if emotion is absent, the is partiality based on information. An X nationality moderator is more aware when someone is pushing X's buttons than when someone is trolling non X.
