Tired of easy AI, want to fight myself

Is it possible to modify hotseat to permit more than 8 civs in a game? I'd sure love to play all 31 civs at the same time.

Also, is it an easy matter to enable the play of all 31 civs in a normal game, or should I really use some existing mod?

It's easy once you can compile your own DLL for the SDK sources ... which is not particularly easy to set up. Unless you want to get into SDK modding I'd say use an existing modded DLL, there are several available.

Don't know about multiplayer limits though.
