I have a 5200 too.. Could it be that we're all using the low res textures option?

When I do so, not only does Tokugawa look like this, but many leaders get these weird REALLY white eyes like they're going crazy, or Genghis khan has one normal and one super white eye making him look REALLY insane.

The chesire cat and black terrain glitch was not a joke.

Imagine just the eyes and mouth.

Before the first patch came out, that is what all the leaderheads looked like for me.

This is a minor version of said glitch.
