Quiet a good game, EndWar is a RTS game that takes place in 2020 at the beginning of a third wold war. You can plays as either Russia, America or Europe. Actually, someone made a scenario, but I've forgotten who made it and what happened to it

Have either of you actually played this game? For one thing, the voice recognition works perfectly. But you don't even need to use it because the game can be played with just the controller. I mainly use the voice commands as the quickest way to target things that are off-screen.
Endwar also has some clever rules that make it possible for a player who appears to be losing to suddenly and decisively change the tide of the battle. Obviously, Endwar doesn't compete with Civ or an RTS like Supreme Commander because it is a small-scale tactical game. But it's good enough and different enough to be worth trying.
For the poll, I like the Russians for their brute force.
I have actually played the damn thing and it's horrid. I was genuinely stunned that they brought such a product in this day and age because it is more fitting for a 1999 game.
I found endwar at a shop for five bucks so naturally I picked it up.
my only problem with it is while the voice recognition works 80% of the time, I once lost a battle because it mistook "Unit 1 attack hostile three" for "Unit 1 retreat"
