Hi, I've exams tomorrow (very big tests, exist at Belguim, no idea how it's called in English), and I've discovered (few years agow) that when i drink coca cola, I study better (better concentration). But today I've overdone it, by drinking 7 tins of Red Bull (This is a kind of energy drink that 'makes you fly' as the slogan says) + 2 liters of coke. But instead of it making me study extra good, I'm feeling like my head is heavier, I've big trouble concentrating and just sitting. (I have to read the same sentence 5 times bfore I understand it). My sight is weird as well (my eyes feel heavy + I can only focus on small points).
So I'm really hitting myself in the face for this, because it will affect my exam tomorrow. I guess the effects won't go over till in the evening, so i won't be able to study well.
Does anyone now a solution (like drinking lots of water or so :p)?
I'm desperate

Back in my days, kids ODed on alcohol, heroin and crack.

Kids these days - caffeine overdose :shake:

EDIT: but on topic - no i've no idea how to cure it. Sleep maybe. :p

Yeah right drinking alcohol before a test... I'm not that stupid :p
Alcohol is for after the tests :)

Sleep rather than putting yourself on overdrive. A rested mind is better for the concentration than an overexcited one.

It's just 5pm here, that doesn't seem like a time to go to sleep.

You drank SEVEN red bulls and a 2 litres of coke!??!

I'm surprised you're still alive. ;)

Get more sleep each night, exercise, eat healthy, and get laid from time to time - you will have more energy on a day to day basis, and you'll only need 4 red bulls a day.

7 redbulls sounds counterproductive... why? Anyway, don't take any drugs and don't overexhaust yourself, your heart is probably working hard enough as it is. Go for a long walk, maybe? Good luck on the test.

I wholeheartedly endorse this message. Drink far less chemical drinks. Consider putting up a pull-up bar at home.

I don't even know people think cramming with temporary stimulants is such a good idea. It runs contrary to how the brain works.
