I did, but apart Nightwish, either I don't know them, either they belong to other music styles :)
Surely you now Dream Theater?! It's the first band I come up with when somebody talks about symphonic metal. If you don't know it, go to a music store, right now! ;)

No one mentioned CCR! A classical rockband!

Creedence Clearwater Revival!

#1. Guns N' Roses
#2. Metallica (good old stuff from the 80's)
#3. Van Halen (I like Hagar era more than DLR)
#4. Tesla
#5. Motley Crue
#6. Warrant (say what you want about this pick, I don't care)
#7. Judas Priest
#8. Dokken
#9. Bon Jovi
#10. Iron Maiden

I do enjoy hair metal, which is awesome no matter what people say about it! I'm not a big fan of Poison though.

ALWAYS!

Furry Spatula, others agree that pink Floyd and Radiohead are alike.
From the amazon.com editorial review of OK Computer:"Radiohead's third album got compared to Pink Floyd a lot when it came out, and its slow drama and conceptual sweep certainly put it in that category."

So at least Ok Computer is similar to Floyd.
