Premier!, the world is comming to an end!, radiation levels are too high!

The Metallic door opened.....
PoLAr BEaR special forces broke into the room, but they were too late...
"This will allow me to jump the nes-time continuum!, so many alternate historys.... so little time!"
A soonic boom came after the door was closed. After the smog had cleared out, the machine was no more....
BERLIN, TODAY.....
A Sonic Boom was heard 25 miles outside Berlin, followed by a blinding light and mist. The metallic door opened...
von Dunkelheit came out of the machine, fixed the iron cross on his uniform and looked around the place. Then he programed the machine to auto-destruct so noone could use it.
He picked up a 2 week old newspaper and realised that it was 1914, the great war. This had been the 4th jump in nes time-space continuum he had done.
He had first come into contact with this technology 10 years earlier, he abandoned his time when radiation levels were too high. He arrived in 1862 as a mistake and left to the 1920s of a different time line. However he had given that world the same fate as the original Germany under his power.
Now he was here in germany, not a communist germany, not a fascist germany, but a militaristic one.
He then was spoted by a german cavalry officer, who noticed his uniform of high rank.
Do you need help? he said.
