I was playin hotseat with my friend and after i researched writing and alphabet i attempted to trade techs with him.
The game wouldnt allow me to choose any of his techs even after i gave him writing and alphabet. He cant even offer me any in return now it seems i have gave up 2 techs for nothing.
Is this a bug or am i missing sumthing
