Traius' D&D themed mafia

vote: Visorslash because he is here :)

oops. vote: Visorslash

I feel so lonely.

Anyway... vote: Warman

With two thirds of the first day behind them, the town's vote tally was as this:
Votees.............Voter(s)
Visorslash.........Jarrema
Jarrema............Mat93
Johnhughthom..Visorslash
Warman...........BSmith
BSmith.............Xenoneb

With five different people accused by 5 different citizens, and 5 citizens bearing no opinion at all, the town was clearly grasping at straws. Things did not bode well in Merriton...

Traius, consider extending the phase. Because: 1. not every one is aware that game started, I suppose (I didnt remember and checked almost by accident); there was long break. 2. It is thanksgiving day in USA, so some players may be less active today.

Day one is pretty irrelevant anyway, and while sometimes it might have relevance, the way it is being played is totally leaning towards irrelevance. In fact, the way I normally play mafia, in SC2, there is no day 1 lynch, just a little time to say something, if you want, then on to night 1. I will extend night 1 if too few orders come in (won't delay for 1 missed order).

EDIT: Rethought about it, and figured a 2 hour delay couldn't hurt things. I also sent out a pm to all players that the game had begun when I launched the game. Between both of those, should be totally fine.

yeah, thanks

and you are right, I forgot that 5 votes are needed day one...

"Dr. Leo" Spaceman98

Fos: Takhishis for mind controlling the GM
Vote: Jarrmma: Trying to extend the day phase for an uniformed lynch?:nono: (that, and I need to accuse someone of something day 1 and your the only one even mildly accusable)

With 30 minutes until Night 1, the Tally was as follows:
Votees.............Voter(s)
Visorslash.........Jarrema
Jarrema............Mat93, Spaceman98
Johnhughthom..Visorslash Classical Hero
Warman...........BSmith, JohnHughThom
BSmith.............Xenoneb

Some cohesion had begun to form in the votes, centering around Warman, JohnHughThom and Jarrema, suggesting that the town was beginning to take the threat seriously; but at the same time, a finger of suspicion was wagged against a non-existent person named "Takhisis" or some such, apparently for some plot against the now deceased town-crier, showing perhaps the town didn't really have its head in the game after-all

The town, perhaps hoping beyond hope that the the crossbow bolt that had struck the crier was merely an errant shot from a half-blind hunter, could not come to any sort of agreement on who the mafia amongst them were. Perhaps they were all being foolish. Their tiny town, of merely 10 houses, could not have actually been infiltrated by the mafia. The crier had merely lost his mind. After a strange day, the town decided to leave the square and return to their homes for the night. They would wake up the next day, and nothing would happen, surely.

NIGHT 1 HAS BEGUN!

Night 1 Will last 24 hours. It will end at 00:01 EST Nov 24

[TIMER=11/24/2012 0:01 AM EST; Night Phase Over][/TIMER]

Send your night-action pms to me.
No other night-time pms except for mafia communication. Thieves can leave messages with the thieves' guild (me) and try to contact other thieves this way at night; contact will be anonymous unless you write your name in the message (of course, you could lie). If there are no other thieves in the game, you'll get an annoying false positive (from me!) 50% of the time, and nothing 50% of the time
You can say whatever you want at night on the boards, even vote early if you want. This might have consequences on you at night however, as your character is essentially deciding to spend his night yelling loudly in the streets for all to hear. If its game unrelated, or asking me a question (though you could send a pm), this has no consequences.
If all night-time actions come in early, and I notice, I'll lock the night early, and get the game moving faster.

please, do not do that. In this game it may not be so important, but in others it can be really game-breaking. Players are from different time zones and analysis can start who sent their order and for whom we are still waiting

But... everyone should send in orders. No matter what you are, you should be sending me something. So... the last one to send in orders doesn't change anything, as he could be any role (?)

yes, you are right in this game. I just think that, as a general principle, it is not good thing to do (my opinion) because in some situations it raises unwanted speculations. Anyway, this is your game. please do not be mad ad me for being picky

8 hours remain for getting your night orders in. This game will move fast, and you don't want to waste phases, people!
