No I do not, since I do not really want all of the styles that geomod added

Well you should incorporate it into your mod, its far easier to add citysets if your using something that has already done most of the work for you. That's what I've done.
If you do that I can give you a modified copy of some of my XML with the graphics already in place so you won't have to do much
