A bit unrelated:

Personally, I regret releasing any LH artwork and will never do it again. I enjoy the making of them, I just hate seeing them used and voted down; or used without getting any credit.

If you stuff is downvoted somewhere without a good reason, then feel free to mention it somewhere so that the serious people here can vote against it.
If no credit is given, then please request it politely in the thread of the mod. Not everyone is well organized and remembers all the names of the people who contributed (especially within bigger projects that can just happen).

I absolutely don't get this behaviour, and couldn't disagree more
Is getting credit the most important thing to you? Really?
Btw yes, it is selfish if you delete something just because of this

We are talking about modding, which is a hobby more than anything else. Getting credit or some sort of appreciation is nice, but certainly not the goal.
For me it's much more important to see that others use and enjoy what I created

I know artistic people can be touchy bunch but because of voting and not crediting you decided to bail?

I haven't tried counting how many negative responses I got on artwork and god knows where all my leaderheads have gone. But I guess my motivation was different. I either wanted to see them in game for myself and released them in case others felt the same. Or I did it as a favor and thought it ould be fun to give it a shot.

In the same vein, I didn't make the how-to guide for glory. I did it because I thought LH making was fun and others might enjoy doing it to.

PS - I still don't have much time on releasing any new leaderheads. I did spend a lot of time on Theodora over break and it was an incredible mess trying to get it to work on a colonization LH. sorry.

Agree. I didn't really do that many requests myself. Usually I just check the forum if they got what I need, and if they don't, I create it. I would never have created Hayam Wuruk or Suharto if I didn't want to create an Indonesian Mod. I've also been creating some few zulu and some phoenician units lately... you can all guess what that means, though I can say that these are comming 'soon' as in bakuel sense 'soon' (I believe he said soon about his Indian units during the summer). So basically, what I'm saying, don't do it for everybody else, do it for yourself. Then other people might have use for it. And if you don't get credit, then tell the person that something you made are in their mod, and that you wish some credit. Nothing fancy about that you know And if it gets rated low. I have a map that got rated low that I made of Europe (3 stars) but hey, I stated that I made it for own use, so basically, if others don't like it, I give a f*ck.

Also, I have Croesos in my Tartessic module. I could upload that if there's any interest of it.

I bailed because my PC was garbage and eventually wouldn't boot. What kept me away was no time for making artwork. Voting and not credit is just an irritation.

I really like your leaderheads, Ekmek I am currently using your Marcus Aurelius leaderhead as Latinus, since it's the only Roman leaderhead I found that has a beard, thus matching this picture of Latinus.

As for Triver's leaderheads, I am curious as to how they looked like, but since he both removed them from the database and apparently removed their pictures from this thread, I suppose I'll never know.

Whether they will be reuploaded or not, depends solely on Triver. A lot of the leaderheads could be restored in short time. Béla at least will be reuploaded with the next version of my Hungary Mod, of course not as a separate file if Triver doesn't want that.

A shame that many of these were never released though... they were great, especially the more recent ones. His skill grew as he worked, one can see that.

Upon checking again, I actually removed most of them (Kept Qaddafi and Nebby) for space on my computer
