After being layed up in bed following a wicked bout of the flu, the leader of the German people has ordered all fronts to remain on alert, 5 Allied battleships have been spotted in various parts of the Atlantic and North Sea, hopefully, that is the extent of the Allied heavy navy. New, Soviet-made, T34s have also been seen, possibly just coming off the assembly lines recently, they are as impressive as the Soviets make them out to be. In a lightning night-time strike, Baghdad has been taken and fighter crews have taken to the air in the surrounding area. We will see if the island can hold out until the Afrikan Korps can meet them in the Middle East. The intelligence of diverting battleships to assault the Spanish mainland is of questionable value. Surely there are more pressing matters than retaliating against the Spanish? However, if the Allies wish to waste valuable battleships in attacking a much smaller nation, the German people will do their best to see that these battleships are sunk quickly. If this means aiding the Spanish, so be it. Oh yes, the bomber which had been attacking Cherbourg was disposed of easily. Unless my memory is faulty, still no modern bombers have been spotted over France....while German scientists are but 2 technologies(as well as an unknown number of rule changes) away from producing new, unguided rockets. After that, the assault of England will truly begin.

traded techs with the soviets, gifted one tech to the neutrals...

NOT AGAIN!!!

Sorry in advance to germany, because most probably the units went in your area.....
I gotta check my Strg and my N keys...:nuke:

Sorry to butt in here, but I'm trying to track down Johnny_c. We have been waiting for a few days for his turn on ZWK IV, and we at least need his password to let someone else play. I PM'ed him and e-mailed him, and still nothing, so I thought I'd post on his threads too. Please be here!!!!

Sorry for delay. The forum was down when I was last time in computer class.

Rabat wrested back from France.

One of the enemies of Communism, the ignorance of religion, is stirring to the south of Georgia. However, the region is apparently either in the British sphere of influence, or about to be transferred to German influence. Being the land of Comrade Stalin's birth, he prizes Georgia's well being immensly, and is prepared in case the unrest spreads.

Soviet Pe-2 bomber aircraft, thanks to Turkish assitance, are beggining to come on line. When these bombers enter the air force, our bomber command shall be superior to that of the RAF bomber command. :p

Casablanca and Rabat taken.

French government gives full support to United Kingdom in their attempt to restore order in Iraq. Treacherous Iraq Prime Minister Rashid Ali and his followers who are working for Germans must be removed from power and punished. We hope that Regent Emir Abdul Illa can soon return to Baghdad.

If Allies need any help against the rebels then our army in Syria is ready for action.

General Montgomery requests all the forces the French can spare to be sent from Syria to Baghdad.

All English bombers as well as a rare Beaufighter were downed over the English Channel. Battleship attacking Amsterdam was sunk, large transport convoy in Atlantic sunk. Alexandria taken in Egypt, Narvik taken (finally!). Various units destroyed on English mainland, mostly cruisers and maybe a matilda? All Turkish units in German territory have free passage back to Turkey and no offense taken at the incursion. A few units were sent to the Spanish to try and help their cause with the Allied threat of battleships in the area. More help will be forthcoming if the Allies continue to spread themselves into every conflict. Baghdad holds and will perhaps be able to hold on until the Afrikan Korps comes up through the Middle East. Scientific progress is racing along at a brisk clip and the conquest of cities is filling the coffers. The German people are confident in their leader and will refuse to become unhappy.

Quick question, is there any worry of there being too many units? I seem to recall seeing an error message that too many units existed so no more could be created in a previous game? Might have been a different scenario though. Won't stop producing my tanks though! This push through Africa is going surprisingly well! Greece being nearby really helps with transportation issues. We'll see what tricks General SunTzu has up his sleeve though...

Not much happening, gifted one tech to the minor nations.

Proud Spanish nation thank German Reich for the volunteers and much needed war supplies. Allied aggression will be beaten back!

Also we turn down French peace offer and remind to French warlords that there is no border between France and Spain in Africa.

Offensive into Tunesia began. Operations against other french-controlled coastal cities are in preparation.
