[TSL] Yet (not) Another Earth Maps Pack

Hey guys, is anyone having trouble getting the correct number of city states to appear in game?

I'm trying to play on the Huge Earth map and have changed up some of the Civs' and City State TSL's in the .xml files. Buuuuuuuuut even though I'm only using ~24 Civs and set the City State number to 18, I'm only getting like 10 City States to appear in game.

I have 20 City States set to start in certain x/y coordinates, but only 10 spawn per game. :(

any ideas?

Is it possible that founded cities start with a name corresponding to a IRL city around there? Example: I found a city on Sicily as France, the rest of Italy is uninhabited. The default name should be Palermo. Is this possible? I don't mind helping out and finding city names :)

I can't select a map :(

Edit: Now it works.

Have the same exact problem as shader301202 when having both More Luxuries and JFD's Exploration Expanded enabled. v23 works fine with only using one of these, but I get the same error if both are enabled.

Have others had this kind of bug when playing with JFD's Piety & Sovereignty, JFD's ExCE and More Luxuries enabled?

When I play with Huge Earth Map, no resources but the modded ones (Amber, Tobacco, etc., no Wine, Gold, Cattle or anything) appear on the map. Strategic resources appear, though. This causes severe happiness problems late game. I even played with 'Abundant Resources' and map is still quite empty, except for large groups of a modded resource here and there. Here's an example of China:

Any clues?

Okay, now it seems to be just me tinkering again with the files and causing the resource placement to crash...

No, it seems to be the "old" ExCE version. :crazyeye:

Is it possible to cut the large Europe-map? I feel its way to much Siberia and Africa on that map. I tried my editor, but I couldnt make it work.

Is there a way to stop the mini map from being centred on the far east part way through the game? Should be on the prime meridian at Greenwich, seems daft heading out west but looking to the east of the small map!

Can someone help me, i cant use the advanced setup, the button is grey and i cant click on it.

Hi guys!
First, I'd like to say thank you to JFD, Tarcisio and Suckritact for their mods! I enjoy so much with these mods!

Second, sorry for my english, I'm italian.

Now, the problem. I'd like to play an "Italian match" in Appennine Version of JFD's Ynaemp v23.
The fact is that I can see JFD's Gian Galeazzo, Papal State, default Enrico Dandolo, Tarcisio's Sicily and default Rome of Cesar.
But the problem is that I can't see Sukritact's Tuscan and JFD's Kingdom of Sardinia Piemont.

Is there something possible that I can do?

Sorry, S-P and Tuscany don't yet have support for the newest maps.

Are there any plans for another upgrade with all the TSLs?

Do you mean to add new maps? I'd be weary, unless they were of very specific areas, as otherwise it would demand too much of custom civ modders to unilaterally update their civs (again). But I'll look around - new maps akin to the Nile or Appenine, which would only affect a specific segment of civs, could be ok.

I'll look at updating this again next month, and finally take the reigns proper with either a new thread or an OP for myself on this thread, as I discussed with Gedemon several months ago. Can't remember what we decided to do about the Workshop though :p

A Nile map could be really nice, considering the amount of civs from that area...
