Turn 193

I can triple post in this thread too...

Looking at the map, a KISS galleon in their capital I think could only unload units on the pillaged fur tile in one turn. Maybe one unit there is all we need (if it is not already too late).

I also expect an attack at Ithaca...

Here's how the defense is arranged right now... (Not counting Arty)
Hindus River = 17 (mostly heavily wounded units and 4 upgraded Hoplites)
Rhodes = 15
Ithaca = 16
Antville = 2
Ephebe = 2
Chamnix's Hold = 1
Mountain = 13

I think that makes us more than safe. Esp with the Artillery in Ithaca and on the Mountain

I upgraded 4 of our most heavily wounded Hoplites to Infantry for 420 gold.
With the war almost over, I thought that would be enough.
Should I do more?

How's the defense?
I won't fortify till I get the ok.

I can totally pull a unit to gaurd those bombed out furs in the NW - from which town should I take the unt?

Looks good to me - check to see if KISS has more than one potential landing point if their boats start in a town. If there really is only the one landing zone, then I might move one of the units from Hindus River to guard the landing. It doesn't matter if he's injured - we'll heal him eventually.

:lol: I am the X-post master tonight... :lol:

ok - 1 wounded Cav pulled from Hindus River to gaurd the furs.
I don't see any other easy way for KISS to land somewhere else.

Here's our final defensive posture.

Will fortify units now, and pass save along soon...

Here's our final military:

Great job, W. Thanks for doing that, especially since you're sick. Now we'll see if our opponents have a counter.

I noticed killercane posted in the Condolences Thread something about MIA refraining from suiciding our cavalry against their infantry. Does it count as suiciding them if more than 2/3 of them are still alive :mischief:?

The Foreign Minister would post something in the UN about the failed suicide, but I'm afraid our friends across the pond may take it the wrong way :)
