This Turn Chat will be held February 4 02:00 (2 AM) GMT = February 3 20:00 (8 PM) CST.

The 1575 BC save game will be used.

This thread shall only contain Turn Chat Instructions from the relevent officials.

If specific tiles around a city need to be referenced, here is a guide so that we are all speaking the same language:

Vandelay: When population in Vandelay hits three, hire an entertainer from the NW.

Build Queues
Deux Rivières: Settler[3]->Spearman(6)->Settler(6)

- The warrior guarding the workers will stay with them until they are in reasonable safety.
- The Spearman guarding the settler will fortify in the new city.
- the other warriors outside of the cities will continue their explorations.
- The spearman building at VM will garrison there, while the warrior there will escort the settler currently being made in DR.

Note: Exploring warriors near our cities may also go to guarding settlers as well if there are no other warriors.

I will be able to come to this turnchat, so if there are updates to the situation, I will adress them as well.

Build our next two settlements on the yellow and dark blue dots from this map. I had planned to repoll the blue one, but then realized that DR is producing a settler in 3. If another settler is produced as scheduled at the beginning of turn 10, the best thing to do is to save turn 10 with movement left and do that settler (and escort) movement preturn for the next chat since we don't have a 3rd city plan yet.

Iron city: build roads 2NW, mine N, road N, 2NE (iron) which connects the city and iron in the minimum turns. This will probably take more than the 10 turns and will give us more time to decide to colonize or not.

War Declarations: None this chat, and if war is declared on us, please stop the chat.

Tribute Demands: Reject all tribute demands from Russia unless the demand is trivial (10 gold or less). From Babylon, pay all tribute demands that do not exceed 40 gold or 2 gpt or that include technologies, cities, or contacts. If the demand exceeds 40 gold, 2 gpt, or includes contacts, techs, or cities, reject the demand.

Territory incursions: Do not request or demand that any nation move its troops from our territory during this turnchat. If what appears to be a possible invasion force arrives near a city, please stop the chat and we can determine what to do in the forums.

New contacts: It is not mandatory that the chat be stopped if we make a new contact. I would recommend, however, that the chat be stopped if a new contact provides a good trading possibility.
