Really? From what I know in simul turns it is a random draw the game makes to decide who gets it, same for all wonders, religions, liberialism etc. So if 2 candidates 50-50 chance.

No, in warlords it was originally overflow, then it got changed to team number in 2.08 (there was a CCC future event semi final between RaY and MDR or LKT, where RaY lost when both launched the SS on the same turn, because RaY were team 2, even though RaY had the higher score). I think it got changed back after that, not sure though.

It is one of the downsides of a turn based game such as CIV, where be closer to the front of the team order has no downside (as opposed to poker).

Yeah, that's the other thing. No options for any trade at all, because we've never even glimpsed sight of another Civ. Mostly because we've been unable to explore for the last 3000 years... but still, no-one's found us either. Where are you guys at?

I don't think it is that way anymore...in the league games that I host, early that there are alot of score ties, I am not always first.

I am not certain about space though..the rule has changed in ccc anyway so if ship gets there same turn, it is a tie (share points), regardless of what score or game says.

game score...in the beggining if 3 players have lets say 45 score, if it was the way you said it was in warlords, then host (player1) should be top of the list, player 2 second etc. It is not he case however.

@Lord Parkin I agree with you Saturn shouldn't miss thier turn.

But I also agree Kaz should get a reload from the point they stated, therefor your turn will eb right after. So I think at this point all we need is for DaveShack to say "reloaded"

Hmm, okay. The confusing thing is though, why did he leave the game up with the turns still ticking over, scores increasing etc every 24 hours with nothing anyone can do about it? I guess it went down pretty much right after he left...

Er...he said he wouldn't be leaving until tomorrow evening Mountain time, so he should still be around for hte next day or so...although could one of us host the game over the mean time? The host doesn't need the admin password, so all it requires is a computer that'd be left on for about a week straight (I'd offer to do it but it'd require hamachi for everyone, so that isn't really possible)
