Two problems with the Illians

Currently playing patch 8.34, I am Raitlor of the Illians.

1) My units start with 'Winterborn', so they are immune to 'Wintered', an outcome of the Frozen's worldspell. But my Wilboman is not immune, because he lacks 'Winterborn' - so he gots wintered. Pretty... unfitting for an ice creature as him.

2) The Illian's unique unit for a druid is a Mulyalfar Elf. As the description mentions, they are also buildable by evil players, but they aren't available to build. Why?
Additionally, they should also start with 'Resistance to cold damage', for the mentioned reason there: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=372120

Are they named Mulyalfer Elf? Should it not just be Mulyalfer. Seems redundant to call them elf as well.
