The Sioux will sign peace when 32 and 33 are mine,USA pay 5g to us and they agree to never send ships into U any more.Although I still want to take revenge,I no longer have the desire to station innummerous warriors to control occupied US-territories and keep down the population.But 32 and 33 are Indians or Spanish living there,so they should become citizens of our nation.

The only threat was to fleets carrying troops who wanted to interverne in Amercian affairs. What right do you have to call me all but a coward. We were the first to decleare war and when it seemed like the USA would be destroyed we made peace. I feel sorry for your allies the French who are going to be dragged into another war by you.

"Excellent." he laughed. He had been biding his time, saving his plunder to buy new pirate fleets and armies.
Now his scouts has reported that the three nations bordering his sea were going to war with America, and leaving their coasts poorly defended, not to mention sending their fleets to intercept the Europeans.
He climbed aboard the Jolly Roger, his flagship, and prepared to set sail.
There was a lot of raiding to do.
And one day, maybe even Europe would tremble before him.

Right, I need orders in from Das, he's the only one who hasn't got them in that I don't know about.
If they're not in by midnight GMT(which is roundabout when I begin to do the map update, it can take up to an hour or two sometimes) then I will move for him.

Right, from now on, pirates are taking money.
You can pay protection money of 5 credits, which will usually prevent him attacking you.
As for hiring him, he's nobody's man, but bribes can be effective.
But if they are too little, it can enrage him and make him attack you, and if they are too much he may think that there is a lot of plunder to be gained by attacking you.
Basically, you need a okay amount, which is about the same as the protection money. This will usually keep him satisfied enough that he will do as you ask.
But no protection money means he may also attack you, while also doing as you ask of him.
Finally, whether you pay him anything or not, always keep your coastal provinces well defended, since he is not to be trusted.
You may change orders to include these if you wish.

Pirate ships and armies show up on the map, just they aren't distinguishable from natives.
But as Blackbeard gains tribute from the natives, they are viable targets.
You can destroy the pirate's haven of Hawaii, but their forces may continue to survive.
