All the usual rules, plus: ONLY those on the list, and only those still alive can vote. Once only three players remain, votes will be PMed to the GM on a once per 24 hour basis, then announced simultaneously. The GM will be replaced by the highest-placed non-combatant (who is willing to take the job) if the GM is in the final three.
