Ok, first things first: The Statue of Zeus will be in the game, and will not require Ivory. Now that we're done with the clear majorities, we need the shield cost. Combined, 3 teams voted for a different shield cost, so that's a majority; now we need to determine what it will be. Should we just go with the majority of those 3 teams, and select 300 shields? Average them?

Or go with the average of all five teams (250) as two abstentions could mean "no opinion" (-> 283) as well as "at 200 shields it shall stay" (-> 250)...
