As requested in another thread, I am posting a problem here. I have moved an army up to the German held city of St. Paul and, after bombarding the city defences down to zero, I want to assault it with grenadiers, musketmen, etc. I cannot. After selecting the assault troop, I get a red ring over the city, the combat odds are shown, but no movement or combat are allowed.
