I reached turn 100 in the exploration age and, suddenly without warning or notification, I can no longer enter ocean tiles. I researched Shipbuilding a long time ago and I have several distant land settlements with treasure fleets. Any idea what happened to me, or is this a new bug?
Ok, my bad. I was trying to drag an army commander across the ocean to a distant land location. When I went back to the save later, it worked fine. I finally realized that earlier I had actually tried to drag the crossbowman that was sitting in the same tile as the commander, and the crossbowman was not loaded in the commander.
