Uninstalling and how does this patch affect multiplayer?

    Just wondering, but how do I uninstall the patch? I use .21 with 50 civs.

    Also, does this patch (if I downloaded it in my assets - downloading as a mod didn't work for me) affect mutiplayer pitboss and PBEM in an way?
