Babylon gets you faster NC, faster University, and faster early trade route techs. These all snowball (the trade routes more so on higher difficulties), so the earlier the better.

Sun Never Sets is naval specific and worst than the other naval UAs (except potentially Indonesia on Pangaea - though there are still sometimes little islands that are worth settling...).

Seven Cities of Gold: Way too chancy for my taste, more so than Indonesia. Someone put this out of it's misery.

Nobel Prize: It actively rewards you for DOFs. Great for a culture win, providing large boosts to GWAMs. Amazing for Diplo, insta-gaining an alliance for at least 30 turns, and being fueled off those extra great people.

Assyria - Treasures of Nineveh - 19 Good UA for domination on higher difficulties. If you always bottleneck your research you'll almost always have something to steal.
Babylon - Ingenuity - 38
Brazil - Carnival - 14 Maybe I might like this better with the influence changes they added in the new patch but I think France might have better tourism potential with their UA since it's always on.

Most of the time, this really isn't that valuable. It might get you a small advantage on an archipelago, but optics isn't far down the tech tree, and if I'm playing archipelago I'll just go Carthage, Japan, Venice or whatever.

Like the UA name says; Poland UA is solid.
BNW isn't that warlike so Aztecs are that great even though most my games are warlike pre and post patch.

Babylon up because they can explode out of the stone age like no other.

Killing off the Aztecs because while good, exploiting their UA just feels really gamey.
