Can you explain this a little? To me the Incans sound like a terrible OCC civ. Less production means less of a military, which makes the warmongering aspect of the UA not as powerful. The free city connections is completely wasted.

The terrace farm is nice for OCC, but that has nothing to do with the UA.

Sure terrace farms are not a part of their UA, but you were writing about how the civs faired against each other which does relate to the reminder of the civ. In any case what I really like about the Incas as an OCC civ is that the population growth is so rapid that you can make up for the less science boosters and the UA makes them defensively very strong as you can move and shoot every turn. I don't really agree that they have less productions either, seem mostly like a choice to me. I think they have a mountain bias as well, I may be wrong, but observatory goes a long way in an OCC.

They may not be better than Babylon and Korea, but I think they provide an easier OCC.

And just for the sake of it: I did not vote based on anything but UA and my votes were actually for neither Inca nor Korea.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 52
Greece: Hellenic League - 27
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52 UA has many bonuses that offer more than one path to victory.
Poland: Solidarity - 47
The Inca: Great Andean Road- 51
The Maya: The Long Count- 5 Inflexible UA forces beeline to theology
The Zulu: Iklwa - 18

Babylon: Ingenuity - 52
Greece: Hellenic League - 27
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52
Poland: Solidarity - 49 - Probably the most versatile UA, and its pretty darn good too.
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 47 - Saves you some extra gold but that's about it. This UA is a bit overrated in my opinion.
The Maya: The Long Count - 5
The Zulu: Iklwa - 18

Babylon: Ingenuity - 54- Earlt GS is very good, but it might be pillaged often.
Greece: Hellenic League - 27
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52
Poland: Solidarity - 49
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 47 -
The Maya: The Long Count - 1- Gives you a bunch of great people, several useless. It also forces a theology beeline, which isn't always bad since it leads to Education, but it still forces it.
The Zulu: Iklwa - 18

Babylon: Ingenuity - 52 - Better Early Sciene is good, and overall the game they give you about ~8k science points for each Academy, but longer you play, tech boost is lesser.
Greece: Hellenic League - 27
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 51 - Again, i always play diety hugh domination, so techs never are my trouble.
Poland: Solidarity - 49
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 50 - when BNW released, i play alot with Inca. Gold free from road and improvements makes Inca the only civ can handle early war, and maybe the greatest warmonger from ancient era. The last game i played, i go to war with all 11 civs with Inca from ancient era, and beat them all in late industrial, and i think no other civs can fight this war better than the Incan.
The Maya: The Long Count - 1
The Zulu: Iklwa - 18

Babylon: Ingenuity - 52
Greece: Hellenic League - 27
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 51
Poland: Solidarity - 45
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 52
The Maya: The Long Count - 1
The Zulu: Iklwa - 18

Babylon: Ingenuity - 52
Greece: Hellenic League - 27 + 1 = 28. Really powerful for any victory condition.
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 51
Poland: Solidarity - 45
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 52
The Maya: The Long Count - 1
The Zulu: Iklwa - 18 - 3 = 15 :Not really as flexible as other UA still i competition. Never thougth to win with culture ou science (what do you call «diplomacy» ?) with UA Zulu. I prefer Poland for domination.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 52
Greece: Hellenic League - 28
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 51
Poland: Solidarity - 47 Policies are really important. Even 2 extra ones would be powerful but this is so OP it hurts...
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 52
The Maya: The Long Count - 1
The Zulu: Iklwa - 1 For warmongering you don't really need abilities but units. That's why the best warciv is mongolia.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 52
Greece: Hellenic League - 28
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 51
Poland: Solidarity - 49 - Free policy tree. Nuff said.
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 52
The Maya: The Long Count - 0 - Those free GP's aren't actually 100% free, they increase the cost for your next GP. I like this, but it isn't as good as the others, also gives nothing before theology which is downside compared to all the other civs on the list.
The Zulu: Iklwa - 1

Babylon: Ingenuity - 54 It basically carries Babylon civ and is the sole reason it's widely considered to be overpowered despite underwhelming UB and UU.
Greece: Hellenic League - 28
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 51
Poland: Solidarity - 49
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 48 Good, but not spectacular or extremely game-changing.
The Zulu: Iklwa - 11

Babylon: Ingenuity - 54
Greece: Hellenic League - 28
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 51
Poland: Solidarity - 51 Free 7 social policies. Also gives you the ability to speed through various trees far faster than any civ can. Get aqueducts or your free settler earlier than any other civ, get a couple of policies in your ideology really fast to help overcome short term pressure. Lots of creative/OP uses of this ability.
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 44 I should really stop downvoting this one, but in my mind it's by far the worst UA left. Portugal gets you more gold, and the zulu are better warmongers. This has a nice combination of the two, but if I were told I needed to get a specific victory type, I would choose one of the others. (science - Babylon/Korea, domination - Zulu, culture - any of the big 3 aside from this, diplo - Greece)
The Zulu: Iklwa - 11

Babylon: Ingenuity - 54
Greece: Hellenic League - 28
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52: Just a science powerhouse civ that can go in multiple directions.
Poland: Solidarity - 51
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 44
The Zulu: Iklwa - 8: I'm not one for domination victories but I feel this is a very one-sided UA and all the other UA's left are very versatile.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 50 - The least interesting, and the most inflexible
Greece: Hellenic League - 30 - Requires a little more work, but can get you religion faster, social policies faster, growth faster...

The Inca: Great Andean Road - 46 The money saved from roads is incredibly powerful, sometimes when i have pyramids and liberty combo I like to build roads on every hill. The hill free movement it's nice for exploring, warring...
The Zulu: Iklwa - 4 Out of the 6 this is the one I feel less powerful but it's great for warmongering.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 50
Greece: Hellenic League - 30
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52
Poland: Solidarity - 51
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 48 Already stated my reasons for liking this UA earlier in thread: great for expansion.
The Zulu: Iklwa - 0 As previously stated, great UA for warmongering, but in times of peace, it is pointless.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 50
Greece: Hellenic League - 30 - 4 = 26
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52
Poland: Solidarity - 51 + 2 = 53
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 48

+ Hard to choose.. but solidarity is best overall.. this UA is what make Poland top civ..

- Great for diplo wins.. but Diplo win is lame itself..

Babylon: Ingenuity - 50
Greece: Hellenic League 28 Awesome at Diplo VC
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52
Poland: Solidarity - 49 Flexible, but does not help one victory type. Tough choice between Poland or Inca, this one is not quite as good.
The Inca: Great Andean Road - 48

Its better if it does not help one victory in case the one you go for you get screwed over.
