    Babylon: Ingenuity - 42
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 50
    Poland: Solidarity - 52
Inca: Great Andean Road - 16

I find Korea's UA a bit more flexible for other victory types than Babylon's (though god knows, you can with all types with both)

    Babylon: Ingenuity - 42
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52 Very powerful when going tall and when choosing freedom (G&K or BNW)
    Poland: Solidarity - 52
Inca: Great Andean Road - 12 Good military and economic advantage that encourages Inca to go wide, but it's not great compared to Poland's several free SP's over the whole course of the game, let alone Korea's and Babylon's science boosts.

Korea might eventually have a higher science output put at that point the babs will be in space.

As much as I've hated on the Incans, they do have the most interesting and fun UA among these options. I'm doing votes based off of power though.

As has been said a million times, these are all great powers, but I'm picking the fun one, the one that you actively use, over the passive ones, especially the two science ones, because as much as science is the name of the game in a lot of ways, I'm frustrated by UAs which encourage turtling tactics, and those two both do. Granted, that's part of an over-all civ synergy issue with Korea and Babylon, and not just part of their UA.

Put another way, I just don't want the devs to get bad ideas. The UA should be something you exploit in creative ways, not just have happen to you. If a civ had a UA that allowed their capital to never be captured and gave them an instant win condition upon reaching the Medieval era it would be immensely powerful. It would also be awful design. Of the four remaining contenders, Inca have the best-designed UA. The others are just passive and OP due to lack of foresight, in my opinion.

[EDIT: While I don't love Solidarity as much as Great Andean Road, I think at least picking SP involves greater strategy than just letting science roll in.]

This thread is about the greatest UA, not the best designed. The early academy alone is a huge boost to science. I just watched Yoruus destroy a player in a MP duel with Babyon due to superior science.

Poland is also a flat bonus, but takes much longer to see the full benefit.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 47 Early academy starts snowball before Koreans can get any use out of their UA. Babylon is great right from the start and continues to be like that for whole game. Not really a fun UA, but damn it's powerful.
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 52
    Poland: Solidarity - 48
Inca: Great Andean Road - 1 - Not as good as the rest.

    Babylon: Ingenuity - 47
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 54- Babylons ability gives you an early lead, but once Korea gets to the Medieval Era, they get way more science. And Babylon only gets a assured 8 science while Korea players can control specialists and when they build scince stuff, making for more interesting gameplay.
    Poland: Solidarity - 48
Inca: Great Andean Road - 0- have explained this several times.

Keke. Fuzzatron single handedly is saving Poland.

Last few of his posts, he added 12 pts to Poland and deducted 12 pts from Korea. :) That being said, Poland is really solid indeed. 3-4 free extra social policies by Industrial/Modern era is quite useful - it's close to a free social policy tree. Policies after atomic era are sometimes less sought after though, in my experience. I think I prefer Babylon or Korean UA.

Gave +2 to Poland. It's in my opinion the best UA in the game. An entire policy tree for free is just insane.

-4 to Babylon. It was a tough choice, but unlike Korea, it's theoretically counterable if you just pillage the academy, making Neby a very sad man. Korea's overwhelming science output combined with some free research boosts after getting science buildings is in my opinion superior.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 35 Worst one left. The free scientist does offer a nice science boost early on, but the second part of the UA depends on GS points. No GS points above 1, no bonus.
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 54 Unlike Babylon, Korea gets more and more science for every GS tile and specialist and a science boost for building science buildings in capitol (I think it's like a free RA boost).
    Poland: Solidarity - 52

How does this make sense? You just penalize Babylon for having to use scientist specialist in order to make use in their ability yet you praised Korea's ability to generate science using specialist. How are you going to get GS tile improvement without using science specialist or late game faith-buy.

Babylon: Ingenuity - 27- Its the only one that requires some "effort" into putting GS points into.
Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 56- Even if you don't do anything in city focus stuff, you will still get plenty of science.

Solidarity is good, but science boosters are still better.

Poland - least fun UA in the game.

Korea: Scholars of the Jade Hall - 54 - My experience says that Babylon will always outperform Korea.
Poland: Solidarity - 46 - I don't know why people insist on calling it boring. Social policies are very fun and the number of combinations allowed by getting a free one every era is insane.
