To use Sweden's UA you have to waste GP. And the GP bonus comes late, of course it's useful but with the maya you can grab that wonder, which you can't with Sweden in the early game. And the free GS and GP makes you snowball hard or enhance your religion earlier before the good beliefs are gone, you don't snowball that hard with Sweden, and you have to make DoF, which can be sometimes hard when you have 2 warmonger UU.
