I have made a new building (not a replacement) and want to make it unique to my Civ, LeeS bless him is trying to help me and I will carry on trying to get it done but as I only have an IQ of 5 it`s difficult.
So my question is: Has anybody made a UB (Not a replacement) that is unique to one civ?

EDIT: Sorted it out IQ gone up to 10 yay, if you need to know how find "Unique New Building (Help)" post.
