Also, I don't know if InfoAddict is compatible with VP EUI.

Both are from steam workshop,
where the City Limits would show where settler cannot found a new city due to city limit,
and Quick Turns should skip ai units movement and combat animations, thus shorten the turn.

And for infoaddict, I don't really know if it is compatible anymore, because I don't check those charts for like a year or two,
I subscribed it in the workshop back then and never unsubscribe it, may just drop it anyway.
 
Oh the bug might be caused by Mod incompatibilities? Lemme post my modlist then.

I thought the bug was from this mod as I saw it when I updated to 11.1.1.
It was at the same time I tried out the newest version of Improved City View.
The tooltip bug persisted even after I disabled the mod and deleted cache though. I haven't been able to create a mound even after I reenable all the mods I used before.

My game crashes if you finish the Potala palace wonder from the Lhasa City-state bonus. I was able to build it despite the World congress not being founded. Does it think the World congress has been founded because I've researched Printing Press? This is also something I can't wait out because it appears that the game also crashes if the AI finishes the wonder.

No idea what can cause it. It's really strange bug, especially because I haven't touched Potala Palace beside the text movement from MW to UCS.
I tested it in two variants: with and without MW loaded. Both worked well for me. I couldn't reproduce.
Try to clean the cache and reduce your mod list until you get rid of that lua error. I have no such error and I can see again in the logs that such error appears.
If anyone have similar problem with Potala Palace, please contact me. I will be unavailable for modding in next few days, but I will be on the forum at least.
 
@Whitehorns @Chinag Common mod for both of you is ICV and New Beliefs. Start with disabling those. Both of you have the same error in your logs.

I was able to build it despite the World congress not being founded.
This is again, caused by lua not loaded correctly. There's a condition for it that checks if WC was founded.

Does it think the World congress has been founded because I've researched Printing Press?
No. it checks the WC itself:

It is very clear that playing only with VP+1.11.1 UCS would not comes with the problem, and ICV and New Beliefs may not be the cause.

What else did you have loaded in variants "no icv no nbm"? Clean VP+UCS has no errors, but two other logs have them, so something had to cause it.

I cannot tell you what to disable and investigate your mod list each time because I have no time for that now. You must disable them one by one until you find the culprit in lua logs on your own.

From your previous post I can tell you that there's no difference in logs between UCS v11.1.1 and UCS v11.1.

I know it's time consuming, but if you use multiple mods (some of them I also test, but not all) you must be prepared for the debugging from time to time.

As you requested, I try and error with each of the mod, and the result is, while playing with Vox Populi's Bare Necessities (v 6) enabled, the problem appeared.

Just to ensure, I started another new game without IGE, and yet results with the same problem.

I think Bare Necessities is not compatible with VP in general, it's not supported for long time, I stopped using it about 2 years ago. Also it has same Wonders as MWfVP (has compatibility with Neolithic Wonders).

Bare Necessities has already updated to the latest VP by me and so far I have no problem using it. Also, Neolithic Wonders is not on that mod anymore, I return it to CBPMC mod. I'm personally never used it, so I just left it at there.
 
Also I believe that New Beliefs and Bare Necessities have same buildings, so they should conflict.
Also, no. I removed the conflicting building, so it can be played alongside New Beliefs Mod.
 
Still, some mod generates errors and they need to find out which one?
 
Seems like Jerusalem has troubles with adopting pantheon sometimes

Can you elaborate? It looks like some mod conflict and hard thing to reproduce.
 
It seems Levuka's ability mistakenly gives additional food to some tiles near the capital. 2 food near rivers and 4 for lakes to be precise (New save - no version upgrade). Can anybody reproduce ?

I don't think it is Levuka. I just checked the code. You should only get some yields related to the promotion.
But, thanks to you, I noticed that I didn't add a dummy for Levuka!

New v11.2 version fixing this ready for download.
Please, check if this fixes your issue.
