FastStone Image Viewer, Screen Capture, Photo Resizer ...

It is the only program I have seen that allows enlarging images without having pixilated (Blocky) images when enlarged.

@Vuldacon - Luckily it does not require Fkeys, I can just use the menu. However, this program does not seem to be capable of changing any of the unit animations. I was interested in resizes some units, that are either too large or too small. I know that a lot of the female units are way too tall for example.

sylkachan... FastStone Photo Resizer is Best to make a small Unit Larger without having pixilation (large areas with many pixels the same color that is "Blocky") but making units smaller can use other Photo Editing programs such as Paint Shop Pro.
You first separate each of the frames in a storyboard to individual frames then you adjust the size of each frame in the storyboard all the same using a photo editing program such as Paint Shop Pro.. Then you make another storyboard using the new smaller frames (Steph's Storyboard Builder "SBB") and then make the new Flc with Flicster.

I believe you can find tutorials about how to resize Units here at Civfanatics. It will help you understand the basic steps to accomplish what you want.

You could use the same technique to make a Unit larger as you do to make a Unit smaller if you do not care about the new larger unit looking "Blocky" ... that is why I mentioned FastStone Photo Resizer.

Yes they are free.

All Animations are just individual images that show frame by frame differences to make movements so if you want to work on Animations you will be working with each individual frame.

No, Paint Shop Pro is not free, it only has a 30 day free trial, I will have to wait until I read all the tutorials out there. I did download FastStone Photo Resizer.

sylkachan... well yes, most photo editing programs do cost. You can check Ebay for Paint Shop Pro 9 Full Version.
Unless you can use Gimp or another Free Photo Editing program.

Other programs you need are Free.

I use GIMP, but I doubt it would be able to open animation files. It can open gif files, but I have no clue how to even do that. Are there any tutorials about editing animations with GIMP?

sylkachan... I don't use Gimp but You could use it. There are members here that use Gimp and they could give you some pointers.

Edit... you would be opening the .pcx frames that make up the Storyboard for the Animations and Gimp can do that.

@Voldacon - The animation files are flic files. How would I take out their frames and convert them to pcx files? I don't think GIMP would have the ability to recognize these kinds of files, so they would have to be extracted from the animations first. I know GIMP can open animation from gif images, but this is very different.
