UnRestricted Leaders- Most Powerful Leader Civ Combo?

I didnt realise it lets you run more artists sorry.

+1 :) = 1 extra tile or specialist.

Im not really too fussed about the Odeons extra culture, I like to use the Pavilion or Obelisk for culture games, but I havnt played one in ages yet.

One similar UB that I dont understand is the Hippodrome. It gives 2x as many :) from the culture slider, but they dont have any artist slots. But again, they do allow you keep your :science: rate set higher.

The Odeon opens up some alternative Culture Victory possibilities for Greece.

Essentially you can start off your run towards culture victory by delaying caste system for artist spam thanks to the odeon + theaters. This allows you to stay in slavery and maintain a strong military to secure your landmass and peacefully hit legendary status in 3 cities without interference.

Another good use for the Odeon is early culture pressure. With Pericles, you can get 8 (2 artists) + 3 (Odeon) + 2 (Creative) + 2 (Library) + 1 (Religion) = 16 culture per turn out of a small city after Construction, where your opponent can probably only manage 3 or 4. That allows you to grab all the resources that are in the border are and put cultural pressure on nearby cities. It also helps out with defense. Not only the obvious cultural defense, but when the border is two tiles from your city, it takes the attacker an extra turn to reach it, which can be critical for gathering defenders, specially pre-Engineering.

I'm proposing a Pick Your Leader (PYL) game with unrestricted leaders; I've listed several combinations that were mentioned here. I have one specific victory condition in mind for myself, which eliminates some leaders (creative) and civs (those with UBs that generate extra culture) but there are still lots of interesting possibilities.

I'd appreciate discussion in that thread, focused on its specifics, but I'll keep monitoring this one for ideas, too.
