Updated Earth for Multiplayer online action!

Hi guys it's been awhile since I've been on but never the less I have been working on my Earth maps.

Supreme Earth has grown to unimagined popularity to the multiplayer crowd so I figure I should do it justice with an update.

Major changes are:

-expanded Europe to give some civs a better chance
-Ottomans and Ethiopia are added in place of Korea and Byzantium
