Upgrading to high priest

Hi folks,

I want to upgrade my "Gemguardian of Kilmorph" (dunno if I name it correctly, I play with the german version) to a high priest. I have researched divinity, I have access to gems, I have a Gemguardian Lvl 6, he is in one of my cities ... still, I don't get the "upgrade" button.

What did I miss? I need those high prists badly, as I am playing the Black Tower Scenario.

the other 2 prereqs are fulfilled aswell?

city needs to have kilmorph religion (if it doesnt have just use one priest with fewer xp to found a temple in this city)

your priest needs to be level 6

They are called "Stonewarden" in the English version.

Is Runes of Kilmorph your state religion? You also need to have access to "Gems" to upgrade Stonewardens to Runekeepers.
