TF will generally do a capitalization change or something like that, but usually not a major change. My username used to be all lowercase.

TF said it's much too confusing; so unless it's a 'cosmetic' change (spelling, caps etc) it won't happen.

And that is not always a success. I asked for a space to replace the underscore and the A to be capitalized, and that never came about
